How do I join?

If you are over six years old you can join Scouting. Most Groups have a waiting list for young people wishing to join Beavers, and it is never too early to get your name on a waiting list.

Scouting is run by volunteers and adults who wish to help the development of young people are always welcome. No specific skills or experienceare required and training is provided.To protect young people all adults are subject to comprehensive checks.  The younger Sections are linked together to form a Group and will normally share the same meeting place. If you know where your local Group is located, then drop into one of their meetings and ask about joining. The Groups within one area are supported by a District structure.
