New Years Honour
I am pleased to announce that Russ Parke has been awarded an MBE in the New Years Honours list for services to Scouting. I am sure that you will all join me in congratulating Russ on his MBE. I believe Russ has made a significant difference to the lives of many young people and thoroughly deserves to be recognised in this manner..
