A “County Event” is an event or activity organised: - In the name of Hampshire County Scout Council (including “Hampshire Scouts”, “Hampshire Scouting” etc.) or
- By one of the County’s Training or Section Support Teams, Activity Clubs, Activity or Event Teams, or Expedition Groups; or
- By a local team drawn from, or open to participants from, more than one District in Hampshire, unless the event is approved by and run under the authority of a single Hampshire District Commissioner and District Scout Council.
