Another chance for Scouts to gain their Emergency Aid Badge. During the weekend, Scouts will be given the opportunity to learn vital lifesaving skills through a variety of learning methods including talks, demonstrations, simulations with casualties, video, quizzes and interactive computer simulation. The course covers: Resusciatation/CPR, Unconsciousness, Bleeding/Shock, Burns, Fractures and Medical Conditions/Extremes of Temperature. On Satuday Evening Scouts have a chance to relax a bit as we do indoor caving and watch a video.
