Notice of Hampshire Scouts AGM
You are cordially invited to the County AGM for the year 2007/2008 (ending in May 2008) which will take place on the 22nd November (Tomorrow) at Toynbee School, Bodycoats Rd, Chandlers Ford, SO53 2PL
Timings are below but subject to detail changes.
- 10.30 Arrival and networking inc tea and coffee - static displays from Hampshire Scout clubs and expeditions including Ferny Crofts, Rifle and archery clubs
- 11.00 - 12:00 Presentations from Hampshire international expeditions including Zambia, Poland, Azerbaijan and more
- 12.00 - 13.00 lunch (bring a packed lunch) and networking including static displays
- 13.00 AGM
- 14.30 Close
